Surrell and Sparkman Cellars Pop Up at Whisk!

August 2nd Chef Aaron Tekulve of Surrell is collaborating with winemaker Linn Scott of Sparkman Cellars to create a very special "chef's table" wine maker's dinner experience at Whisk in Bellevue!

Summer is here and Chef has been working on some delicious ways to celebrate the beautiful Pacific Northwest bounty of products once again! This will be an intimate six course dinner paired with six delicious wines and some little surprises along the way. 

Winemaker Linn Scott believes that when you source some of the finest fruit in the state, put it in cutting edge barrels, and embrace traditional techniques used by industry icons, you stand a decent chance of producing wines that get Sparkman Cellars named Wine & Spirits’ Top 100 Winery in the World, Wine Spectator’s Rising Star and Cult Winery by Wine Enthusiast. You will watch Chef Aaron create each exciting and delicious course all while savoring Sparkman Cellars fabulous varietals. Menu could change based on seasonal availability.
